A seminar aimed at the end user, usually taking place at your premises concluding with a SEMA certificate.
This seminar will equip delegates with the confidence and skills to undertake the required, necessary checks in-house.
Taught by a SEMA Approved Engineer, delegates are instructed in:
- legislation
- inspection types
- findings and how to record them
- end user responsibilities
- manufacturers responsibilities
- the level of risk
- what to look for
- what actions should be taken
- loading configurations
The seminar is designed around the SEMA Code of Practice, for static rack installations. Without being over technical your warehouse personnel will gain skills, and an understanding of the design and safety guidelines for pallet racking structures. Topics include how to carry out effective rack inspections, identify potential Health & Safety hazards within the rack structure, reporting procedures and what to do next.
Suitable for up to eight delegates. Refresher courses also available, together with condensed sessions.
Delegates are awarded a SEMA approved certificate of attendance.
